TV Guide: Streaming & Live TV App Reviews

Very organized and convenient. The ability to quickly see whats on tv on your smartphone is amazingly rewarding and satisfying.

My wife and I have tried several TV-schedule apps., over the years. This one has the most intuitive user interface and least number of annoying "features". Others try to pack in too much, making it nearly impossible not to tap on something accidentally and then get an unexpected result. (Unbelievable as it might sound, some of us really only want to see whats on our available channels during the next few hours... and maybe a sentence or two about them... with NO desire for social interactions of any kind and no in-depth info. about the show/movie or every actor/actress involved - yeah, I know... weird, huh?) The TV Guide programmers have put together a clean app. with a nice minimal balance of things to tap on. You should expect to set up a free log-in, if youd like to use and edit a list of Favorite channels youd like to appear.

Cannot open without crashing.

Tried to login with Facebook and Google, but neither one worked.

I use it for off air stations. Works just fine.

Works well with LG and iPhone

This app works great on my iPhone (6s Plus) and my larger iPad Pro, but to say go in under Facebook or Google is impossible! This app crashes. This app wont work and cant sign in if youre setting it up on a new OS.

This app generally works fine, but on a fairly regular basis, Ill open it to find no listings. All the channels are there, but no programs are shown at all.

Theres been no update of the channel line-up even though I mentioned the issue in my previous review. So, once again: "The channel line-up for Meredith, NH is incorrect. For example, TBS is listed as 14, but it should be listed as 34. It would be a good idea to update the channel listing with the next update."

What the heck is up with alerts? I dont want them to show up on social media! I just want them where they have always been!

All the app does is crash when it opens.

App used to work

TV guide has made my tv life easier. This app allows me to find the show I want to watch and what time so I can put it on my watch list. Get reminders and ideas on other shows to watch. Awesome!!! Love this app!!

Fix this please. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it still crashes whenever I click on it

Going back to ONTV. Way too many ads and bad UI.

My favorite part of the TV guide app is the Favorites option. I dont have to weed they many channels that Im not interested in! Thanks!

Did not even open the app. Have to create a log in and passwords to look at a "free" TV guide??? Dumb. Delete.

Since "cutting the cord" and losing cable, TV Guide on my iPad has become a much more user-friendly version of the on-screen channel guide.
