Watchlist stopped working about 1 month ago. Keeps saying "Could not load watchlist. Try again". Sent multiple message with no response. Please fix.

I have reached out and to the customer support 4x and no one has gotten back me. I finally just deleted the app. After several months I thought I would see if it had been fixed. No it hasnt. Will delete again.

I had the app for awhile and it suddenly started acting weird, wouldnt save my favourites, there were no updates, so I deleted it and reinstalled. It works even better now, kind of new and improved. I love it.

Best part is that you can set the app to remind you when your favourite shows are on.

With this crummy app. Nothing loads.

Updated to ios10.0.2 and favorites are not functioning plus app will not pull up more detail.

Handy app that beats surfing channels, but if it dumps my favorites one more time, the app gets dumped.

Since latest update to iOS 10.2, my favorites all disappeared and when re-entered, are not saved. This happens on iPad and iPhone.

Everytime I try to use this POS I either have to change my preferred provider or rebuild my list of favorite stations. Amateur developers should not be allowed to develop Apps. Apple developer group should try to do minimal QA on Apps before they turn them loose on an unsuspecting user community.

When I click on sports there is no way to sort through them. How many more Americans care about Serbia meeting Montenegro in soccer (or any soccer) more than they care about baseball? Offer an English only edition. I do NOT, REPEAT, NOT, watch Spanish language TV and am really tired of getting it forced down my throat. Its bad enough wading through a listing of an English telecast of Guatemala meets Honduras soccer without having it duplicated in Spanish. The biggest issue is having to register before choosing favorite channels. TV Guide does not need to know my Facebook friends and they dont, but I had to give up an email address. And now its been totally down for about 6 hours.

Ive been very pleased with this app until today. Whats going on?

Drops favorites almost weekly. Occasionally requires you to sign in again, AND will not accept password first 100 tries

This last update is the final straw. The old fashioned free TV guide in the Sunday paper wold be faster to use than this app. Heres a tip: when you add more advertising to an app you have to make better improvements or else people will uninstall it. Like Im going to do right now.

Have used the app a lot in the past. However, it isnt loading anything now. Clicked the app support and didnt go anywhere.

This app was wonderful. Once every month or so my user id is no longer recognized, all my settings are lost and all you get is an unknown error message.

Seems to be a bug when I click for more details or info about a show, the app just hangs & nothing shows up. So now Im unable to read more about a particular show/episode & unable to schedule alerts or add to my watchlist. Pls fix asap.

This app has been a "go to" for all things TV... love it.

I have the app loaded fine on my iPhone 6S but it wont load on my iPad mini 3 when I try to sign in. Error msg says authentication failed, even tho I use the same login name and password. The Fail is your app. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Has completely stopped working out of the blue. Try to go to listings and it says I dont have any selected. Try to reselect favorites and it pops up a log in to link to another account. Sorry guys, just want to know whats on. Broken app. Wont use it any more.

If you have an antenna and need a good TV guide this is the best.
